What are your hopes for UFC 6's new striking and gameplay mechanics?
With UFC 6 on the horizon, there's been a lot of talk about the overhaul to striking systems and motion capture for fighters. For anyone who's played previous iterations, the combat mechanics have always been central to whether a game feels authentic or clunky.
I'm curious what players are actually expecting from these evolved systems. Are you looking for more realistic punch combinations, better footwork, or improved responsiveness overall? And beyond raw gameplay, how important is the fighter authenticity piece to you—do the fighters need to "move" like their real-life counterparts for you to enjoy the game?
The new story-driven modes also seem to be getting emphasis. Career modes in fighting games can either be really immersive or feel like a grind. What kind of narrative experiences would actually make you want to replay them? Are you hoping for personality-driven storylines, or just solid progression mechanics?
Also, for those considering early access through pre-order bundles, what would actually make that worth it for you versus waiting for the standard release? Is it the extra cosmetics, or do you prefer jumping in early to master the mechanics before the general player base arrives?

The motion capture improvements sound good on paper, but I'm skeptical about how responsive the controls actually feel. Previous versions have had input lag issues. Hoping they've actually addressed that rather than just adding fancier animations.

I'm most excited about the new story modes. Career modes in fighting games don't get enough love. If they can make something as compelling as what we've seen in other sports franchises, I'm sold.

Early access for 7 days sounds nice, but I always wait for reviews first. Game-breaking bugs in fighting games are brutal when everyone else is already grinding. Anyone else do this or jump in day one?

Real question: does anyone actually care about the cosmetics bundles, or are we all just here for solid gameplay? Curious if the extra items ever make a difference to your enjoyment.
